The Challenge

In 2024, Refine Health was running a single service campaign generating 320 conversions. The opportunity in 2025 was to scale patient acquisition to support clinic growth, capture brand searches with dedicated brand campaigns, target location intent to reach patients searching near specific Auckland suburbs, and expand service coverage targeting specific conditions and services.

Our Solution

We implemented a comprehensive multi-campaign strategy including a location Intent campaign targeting location-based searches generating 975 conversions, a service & condition campaign targeting specific physio therapy services delivering 1,038 conversions, and continued optimisation of the original service campaign while expanding the account structure.

The 2025 transformation compared to 2024 was exceptional. Total conversions grew from 320 to 2,747 (+758%). Ad spend increased from $2,665 to $9,234 (+247%). Cost per conversion dropped from $8.33 to $3.36 (-60%). Conversion rate improved from 31.3% to 41.5% (+33%). Active campaigns expanded from 1 to 4 (+300%).By scaling investment 247% while achieving 758% more conversions, Refine Health dramatically improved their marketing efficiency and patient acquisition capacity.
