The challenge

Lead volume and quality weren’t at the desired levels to achieve business growth goals. Think Tutors had been working with a marketing agency that charged significant fees without providing much value to the company. James and Neil (founders at Think Tutors) wanted to shake up their marketing campaigns. They wanted to see sales growth and get more traction with their full-time tuition service.

Our solution

Think Tutors approached Catalyst Digital to see how we could help scale their lead generation. We worked closely with the team at Think Tutors to understand their target market, services and key performance metrics. We then developed a fair attribution model and marketing performance reports so the team could see what channels high-quality leads were coming from. We launched their Google ads campaigns in new markets after running and reporting on a series of performance marketing tests. Then working together we’ve helped diversify Think Tutor's digital strategy to include social media advertising, remarketing, display and SEO campaigns to complement the Google ads campaigns.

Results

Over the first 12 months of activity, Think Tutors went from 1763 visits per month to 5040, 17 leads a month to 75, and now ranks in the top three Google searches 82.08% of the time in all major global markets for Think Tutor’s full-time tuition service offering.
