The challenge

Matcha Matcha was well-positioned in the industry with a high-quality product. However, as the popularity of matcha grew, new competitors started to pop-up, leading to increased competition. The lead to a plateau in eCommerce sales growth.

Our solution

We worked closely with the Matcha Matcha team to understand their business and customers. With this research, we developed a digital marketing strategy combining a mix of Google Ads and Meta Ads to help Matcha Matcha gain more visibility within the expanding market.
